What we collect
During the waitlist period, PCC collects only what you submit on the waitlist form: your first name, email address, pilot title, and optionally your operator. Nothing else is collected, and nothing is collected automatically beyond standard server logs.
How we use it
Waitlist information is used for one purpose: to contact you about PCC membership opening and, if you opted in, club announcements. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Verification data
When membership opens, pilot verification will be designed around data minimization — collecting the least information necessary to confirm eligibility. The verification process and the data it uses will be described here before applications open.
Payments
When membership opens, payments will be processed by Stripe. PCC will never see or store full card numbers or payment credentials.
Your choices
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist, or request a copy or deletion of your information, at any time by emailing hello@pilotcountryclub.com.
