Built for the Life Beyond the Flight Deck.
Pilot Country Club was created around a simple idea: the career should open the world — not reduce it to airports and hotel rooms.
Pilots spend extraordinary amounts of their lives away from home. Different cities. Different hotels. Different schedules. Yet across airlines, fleets, countries, and careers, much of the experience is remarkably similar.
Pilot Country Club exists to make more of that time.
We bring pilots together through exceptional experiences, meaningful competition, a global community, and access to brands and places that complement the life we already live.
For pilots. Built by pilots.
Why We Exist
There is more to the trip than the trip.
A line pilot can spend more than 120 nights a year away from home. Over a career, that is a significant part of a life spent on the road.
PCC was created to offer an alternative to another evening in the hotel room: a great restaurant within walking distance, a workout, a game in town, a round of golf, a day outside, a weekend in the mountains, or simply the opportunity to meet another pilot you otherwise never would have known.
The idea is not to fill every hour.
It is to make the hours we already have worth more.
We spend our careers taking people places.
Pilot Country Club is about making sure we still go places ourselves.
Our Story
A Club the Profession Didn't Have.
Pilot Country Club began with a question from a working airline pilot: why isn't there one great membership built around the way pilots actually live?
- Not an airline-specific app.
- Not another discount directory.
- Not a traditional country club tied to one address.
- And not something reserved for one segment of aviation.
Something that could follow a pilot from Dallas to London, from a layover to a day off, from a restaurant to a ranch, from a golf course to a championship weekend — and connect pilots who may wear different uniforms but share the same profession.
That became Pilot Country Club.
A private membership designed around the interests, schedules, travel patterns, and culture of professional aviators.
The club begins in the United States, but the vision has always been global.
One club. Every cockpit.
What We Believe
Access
The right places, brands, experiences, and opportunities — thoughtfully selected for the pilot lifestyle.
Community
A profession this connected should not become disconnected the moment the cockpit door opens.
Experience
Layovers and days off should create stories worth remembering, not simply time to pass.
Impact
Our flagship events are designed to bring pilots together while giving something back. The PCC Majors is planned so that 100% of net event proceeds go to charity.

Go Somewhere. Do Something.
PCC experiences are selected around one principle: give pilots a reason to leave the room.
- Days on the water
- Mountain weekends
- Ranch stays
- Driving experiences
- Sporting events
- Golf
- Destination weekends
- And experiences still to come.
Not because every pilot wants the same thing. Because every pilot deserves something worth saying yes to.
The Country Club Without Borders
Membership shouldn't be tied to an address.
Traditional country clubs were built around a place. Pilots rarely stay in one. So we are building ours around a profession instead.
From airline and cargo pilots to corporate, charter, military, instructors, and international aviators, PCC is designed to create something larger than any individual airline or base.
Different uniforms.
Different routes.
Different corners of the world.
One profession. One club.
Giving Back
The Weekend Can Mean More.
Competition has always been part of aviation culture. PCC turns it into something bigger.
The Pilot Country Club Majors will bring pilots from airlines, cargo operators, corporate aviation, military aviation, and around the world together for the club's flagship championship.
And when the weekend ends, 100% of net event proceeds are intended for charity.
The pilots get the competition.
The community gets the weekend.
The cause gets the impact.
The event is the donation.
Pilot Country Club
The world is already part of the job.
It's time to make more of it.
For pilots, built by pilots.
One Club. Every Cockpit.
